Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping

Every order is made to order. Hence, orders typically take 2-3 working days to be processed and dispatched (because we prepare on demand). Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-15 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes the longest to be dispatched.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines, there might be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.

International Shipping
​
International orders are dispatched within 2-3 days working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 10-15 days for the order to be delivered depending on the country. The final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.
Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which will be calculated during checkout.
Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. SnehaColoursoft will not be responsible for delays during customs checks.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.

At this time we don’t offer the option of gift wrapping our products. We are however working towards introducing the option soon.

We can't cancel any orders because we prepare on demand. Once the order is placed we will not be able to cancel it.

If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at work.snehacoloursoft@gmail.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
