Fresh produce has always represented nourishment, sustainability, and community. With this farmers market vegetable stripe pattern, I sought to embody that essence by transforming hand-drawn simplicity into a design that exudes warmth, practicality, and timelessness.
Whether incorporated into quilts, used on eco-friendly packaging, or highlighted in a contemporary kitchen collection, this pattern honors the beauty of daily harvests.
Banksias…mostly seen on Australian land, these belong to the Protea family. A cone-like flower with beautiful and slender swaying leaves attracted me to paint it. The flower is so attractive that I even made a pattern design.
