A little love, four paws at a time š¾ā¤ļøWatercolor pet portraits
āØThe season of gifting is almost here!
Hello,
Lately, my studio has been filled with wagging tails, curious whiskers, floppy ears, and some very adorable faces...and all on paper! š
Ā
Iāve had the sweetest time working on recent pet portrait commissions, and every single one has reminded me why I love doing this so much.
Because letās be honest⦠our pets arenāt just pets.
Ā
Theyāre the ones who greet us like weāve been gone for years, sit beside us through the good days and bad, steal our favourite spot on the sofa, and somehow convince us that sharing our food is their birthright.
Ā
So when someone commissions a portrait of their furry family member, I know Iām not simply painting a face.
Iām painting a little piece of their family story.
And now⦠the season of gifting is almost here! āØš
watercolor pet portraits....
With weddings, festivals, family gatherings and celebrations around the corner, I thought Iād share a little gifting idea for all the pet parents and pet-loving people out there.
A custom pet portrait makes such a lovely, like a personal gift.
Whether itās for:
š¾ A newly married couple and their beloved first baby (yes, the four-legged one!)
š¾ A friend who talks about their dog/cat just a little too muchā¦
š¾ A family member whose pet is basically the star of every family photo
š¾ Or simply someone you love who deserves a gift that feels truly theirs
And of course, you donāt need a special occasion to celebrate a very special pet.
Ā
Sometimes, ābecause theyāre my babyā is reason enough. ā¤ļø
If youāre considering a portrait as a wedding or festive-season gift, Iād recommend getting in touch a little ahead of time so thereās enough time to create something beautiful and personal.
Ā
Thank you for letting me paint your wonderful, goofy, lovable, occasionally-mischievous family members. Every commission is a little reminder of just how much love can fit into one tiny paw print. š¾
Ā
With lots of love,
Ā
Sneha
